Here is the result of a big day of brewing, bottling and casking, and big deliveries...a chaotic day! We wanted a nice IPA with a big dry hop in single hop to highlight the hops. We used Sabro hops, New Mexican, which gives an explosion of aromas and is very expressive!

On the nose, you will smell notes of coconut, mandarin and other citrus fruits. In the mouth, a dry bitterness is present and refreshing, which quickly requires another sip! Chaos is dark amber in color with orange highlights. You will be able to see that it has a nice light beige foam, creamy, dense and with small bubbles.
